| Science Curriculum Meeting: Sun Safety. Grade 1 and 4 teachers. Dermatologist Dr. Lori Benjes will provide science background for promoting sun safety with children. Teachers Nancy Wilson, Margie Pell and Lisa Berk will present lessons they designed for Grades 1 and 4 that integrate wellness principles with science concepts. These lessons support the Grade 1 Investigating Light and Shadow unit and the Grade 4 Sun, Moon and Planets unit. Meet from 3:45-5 at the Central Office, Room 2 | ||
